Heat Exchange Surface & Material

Tube Material:
Seamless, Copper, Stainless Steel AISI304, AISI316 or CuNi, diameter of 12 and 15 mm, thickness up to 1.5 mm

Fin Materials:
Aluminium or Epoxy coated Aluminium, AlMg 2.5, AlMg 3, Copper, Stainless steel and CuSn,- thickness from 0.11 up to 0,25 mm – pitch from 1.8 up to 12 mm

Headers:

  • Cylindrical pipe type (brazed or welded), in Copper, Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel.
  • Removable for internal access, in Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel

Ventilation casings, frames and supporting legs and fan rings:

  • Galvanized steel Z275 with electrostatic powder coating
  • Carbon Steel Hot dip galvanized according to ISO 1461
  • Carbon Steel epoxy or liquid painted up to C5 M
  • Stainless Steel

Electrical Scope

Basic supply:

  • Safety switch beside each motorfan group
  • Power cable from motorfan groups to safety switch
  • Cable tray from safetry switches to end of the module

Optional:

  • Junction box (located at the end of the module) to collect motorfan groups cable
  • Electrical control cabinet to manage the motorfangroups
  • Power and control cables and cable trays to Junction box and control cabinet
  • Instrumentation (Temperature and pressure)
