Industries frequently don’t realise that a hot stream from one part of the process can be used to heat up other part of the process. Even a waste stream at certain temperature can be utilised to either heat or cool another steam.
Just a simple illustration, to takes around 11 kwh to heat 1000 lt/h of water from 30 °C to 40 °C. A mere 10 °C increase could easily cost over Rp. 100,000,000 annually by an electric heater!! Yes, it certainly can cost less by other heating means but wouldn’t it be great if we can get it for FREE?
Energy Saving by Heat Recovery
Residual Heat from Frying Oil is utilised to raise the temperature of Process Water by circulating it to TRANTER ECONOPLATE.

Low Grade Steam which is generated by dryers, evaporators or other processing units can be passed through a TRANTER SUPERCHARGER unit to act as a pre-heater. This wlll help to raise the temperature of the fluid thus reducing the consumption of High Grade Steam in the subsequent heating process.
